Celebrate.
UtsavSetu takes registrations for your society, mandal, school or temple by QR code and confirms every person on WhatsApp. Your committee sees every entry in one place.
Free for founding organisers. First used at a housing society’s Ganesh Utsav.
Showing a sample Ganesh Utsav 2026 registration page by Citron Society for Rangoli competition, and the WhatsApp confirmation a participant receives.
Made for the people who run the festival.
Committee members and volunteers who still collect names through WhatsApp forwards, Google Forms and paper lists, then spend the evening fixing duplicates.

What you get on day one.
QR codes and posters
Print a poster for the society gate or post the link in your group. One scan opens the form, no app or account needed.
A WhatsApp message for everyone
Each person gets their details and Registration ID on WhatsApp within seconds, and you can see who received it.
No double entries, no overbooking
Seat limits, closing dates and duplicate checks hold even when the QR is shared in every group at once.
One list for the whole committee
Search, edit, cancel and export registrations for Excel. Every change is logged with who made it.
Families, teams and groups
One person can register several participants in a single form, within the limits you set.
Your community’s name on it
Participants see your organisation on the page and in every message, not ours.
- Marathi and Hindi pages
- Check-in at the venue
- Results and certificates
- Fee collection by UPI
- Expense tracking
Built at a real Ganesh Utsav.
UtsavSetu began with competition registrations, pooja slots and certificates for the Ganesh Utsav at Citron Society. The committee’s checklist became the product, so the next society, mandal or school does not have to start from scratch.
Every organiser gets its own page today. Your own address like this one is on the way.
Free
for founding organisers during launch
Registrations, WhatsApp confirmations and the dashboard, set up together with you.
Request a demoQuestions committees ask.
Do participants need to install an app or create an account?
No. They scan the QR code or tap the link, fill in a short form in their phone’s browser and submit. That is all.
Who sends the WhatsApp messages?
UtsavSetu sends them through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API, so you do not need a business account of your own. Messages go only to people who tick the consent box, and anyone can reply STOP.
What does it cost?
It is free for founding organisers during launch. Tell us about your event on the demo call and we will set it up with you.
Is our members’ data safe?
Each organisation’s data is kept separate from every other. Participants agree to how their details are used, every change is logged, and the forms are protected against bots and spam. It is designed around India’s DPDP Act.
Can we collect entry fees?
Not yet. Today UtsavSetu handles free registrations. Fee collection by UPI is on the way.
Can the form be in Marathi or Hindi?
Pages are in English today. Marathi and Hindi are next, written by people who speak them, not machine translated.
See it with your next celebration.
Tell us about your society, mandal, school or temple. We will set up a sample registration for your next event and walk your committee through it.
